As stated  under Purpose and Goals on our home page, the Citizens Association of South Bowie was established to:

• Inform residents and express opinions on issues impacting the city and the South Bowie communities.

• Help citizens become more aware and knowledgeable of the issues regarding development and its effects on the environment and well being of the community.

• Advise and make recommendations to the Bowie City Council, Prince George's County and the State of Maryland on matters of concern.
