| Our Association is also working with the new Nissan Car Dealership to be built on US 301 South below Mount Oak Road as well as the two new car dealerships proposed for the Mills Property located below the Bowie Honda Dealership. We are concerned with the possible development of the Spriggs property at the Northwest corner of US 301 and Mitchellville Road, and also the 4 acre Blake property on the Southwest corner of US 301 and Mitchellville Road. We are also concerned with the development of the Rural Tier. |
